1. Acceptance

By accessing LocateKit, operated by Martin Pavlič in Slovakia, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Service description

LocateKit provides editorial guides and free tools for sharing your own location, measuring and converting coordinates on maps, and checking or cleaning private data in photos and track files. Sharing requires your explicit start and browser location permission. LocateKit does not locate phones from phone numbers or IMEI identifiers and does not track a device without consent given on that device. The radius map measures straight-line distance for planning only.

3. Acceptable use

Use the tools only with data and devices you are entitled to use. Do not use them to stalk, harass or deceive another person. Share a location link only with people you trust, because a recipient can forward it to others. The map is not an emergency, navigation or surveying service. Do not rely on it where accuracy is safety-critical.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Reviews and guides on the site reflect our opinion at the time of publication and may become outdated.

5. Affiliate disclosure

The current public guides contain informational links to sources. See our publishing principles for our editorial approach. Any future paid placement or affiliate link will be disclosed on the page concerned.

6. Limitation of liability

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia, where the operator is based. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of Slovakia.
